Individual and Family Therapy

Counseling and therapy sessions offered by appointment for individuals and families healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and grief.

Children and Teens

Individual and group sessions focused on creating healthy boundaries, self esteem building, coping strategies, social skills, and sexual respect.

Parenting Partnerships and CoParenting Services

Assisting parents navigating changes in their family dynamics, both in families of origin and blended families. LOTUS also offers supervised visitation services.

Domestic Violence Intervention Education

This 26-week program utilizes the Duluth Model to educate and challenge the core beliefs of individuals who have found themselves in the legal system for abuse or assault on an intimate partner or family member.
